Ground Delivery Information

Order with Free Shipping by H2SH

  • H2SH provides free shipping services for all orders with amount no less than $199 (excluding taxes). The service is available globally except in Hawaii and Alaska. The offer also stands canceled for any P.O. Box addresses.
  • Heavyweight items or bulk orders- do not qualify for free shipping services. Additionally, if you purchase multiple items, which makes your cart heavy or bulky- the charges will be added for those items adding to weight.

*Otherwise, all non-bulky and normal weight items will receive free shipping.

  • To know more on the product shipping charges, place the item in your cart and type the area ZIP code. For free shipping, the Ground rate will display ‘FREE’.
  • Custom Tech products are excluded from any free shopping offers because it takes 7 days to process and deliver such items.

U.S. Shipping Time

  • Orders placed by 5 pm on weekdays (according to EST) are delivered on the same business day
  • In case, the order is received on some other day & time i.e. after the above mentioned time- it will be shipped on the following business day.

Shipping Policy for Placed Orders

Back-Ordered Items

  • For any back-ordered items, no digital amount from your credit card will be deducted unless all the items are shipped.
  • If some of the items shopped from H2SH window are out of stock, you may select an option on checkout page that allows the entire order to be shipped in one-Go when all the purchased products are available.

Special-Order Items

  • None of our warehouse stocks any of the special-order items (mainly available on special occasions)
  • These placed orders may not be canceled at any stage- after the customer provides online confirmation.
  • Generally, the product is delivered within 7-30 business days (from the date of order placed)

International Orders (Including Canada)

  • International orders may take 1-10 business days for delivery of items.
  • However, the product delivery also depends on the shipping method- you select at checkout.
  • Shipping quotes already include the applicable duty, VAT, customs brokerage fee, or import consumption taxes (if applicable). Therefore, do not make any additional payment during the merchandise delivery.
  • The customs duty or VAT charges may vary due to consistent import duty adjustments and currency valuations.
  • Before the products are selected for shipping, it’s vital to ensure the items are in stock
  • International orders placed for the first time will be delivered at the billing address (provided on the order).

Important: All items eligible for return policy will be replaced or exchanged, in case they are broken or gets any defect during the shipment. Rest, if the product has a valid warranty- it still stands eligible for the replacement.  For more information, check the refund and return policy stated by H2SH.
